Information on product availability, order tracking and commonly asked questions regarding how to order from our company and your order will be processed.

Product Availability

At POWERSYNC Energy Solutions, LLC., we do our best to reflect the stock status for our products. When viewing a product, we will tell you one of two things:

♦ We have active stock on this item and how long it takes to leave our warehouse.

♦ Stock status is not shown. Please contact us for the most accurate stock status.

When a product page indicates to stock status, it does not necessarily mean we are sold out or have the item on backorder. As we cannot reflect live stock status at all times, it’s possible an item listing several in stock may be backordered, and one listing zero may refer to a product housed at a partner warehouse that doesn’t report stock status to us directly. Please contact us for the most accurate stock status.

Order Tracking

Your order can be tracked online 24/7 by logging into your account. Click the “My Account” link at the top or bottom of any POWERSYNC Energy Solutions, LLC. page to login and view your orders and their current status. You can also access order tracking at the link at the bottom of the page “Order Tracking”.

Order Status: Below are the different types of status you might view while your order is being processed.

♦ Processing – When an order is first placed, it has been recorded by our system. Orders while in this status can usually be changed or cancelled. During this time we will email notice of any delays or back orders.

♦ Complete – This order has been confirmed as leaving the warehouse in one or more packages. Tracking numbers and the shipping company are usually provided. Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers being entered may take 24-48 hours to propagate into system as we deal with over 3 warehouses, not all using the same system at this time.

POWERSYNC Energy Solutions, LLC. accepts multiple forms of payment to fit most needs.

Below are our current methods we accept payments for orders:

Shipping Policy

Energy Storage System Orders

All Energy Storage Systems are shipped Freight or LTL. You will have to call (877) 459-4591 to get a shipping quote on your order. If you place an order for Energy Storage Systems, a customer service rep will be reaching out to you by phone or email to give you the shipping cost. Your order will not be processed until you confirm you have approved the shipping cost. This will cause a delay in processing your order, so please get with us as soon as possible to obtain your shipping quote. Please note this is the only way Energy Storage Systems products can be shipped.


Standard Shipping Policy

POWERSYNC Energy Solutions, LLC has tried to make its shipping and handling prices and policies as fair as possible, so you benefit from our competitive pricing, plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

Choose from these shipping options:

♦ UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Common Carrier (LTL) for shipments over 150 lbs., Full Truck Load (FTL), International Ocean and Air services.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, due to varying availability and shipping locations. We don’t charge extra shipping for split shipments.

Because Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping services involve air transport, Energy Storage Systems and lithium batteries cannot be shipped via these options. Items containing hazardous or regulated materials or some very large or heavy items must instead be shipped via Ground service or freight carrier.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase. However, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Rate

To determine what the true shipping price is for your order:

  1. Find the product you are interested in on our website.
  2. Add it to your shopping cart.
  3. Enter the ship-to country, state/province and zip/postal code.
  4. View available shipping methods.

This will show you the total cost for that shipment, for that item. The shipping price for each individual item is usually more than the total cost of a shipment. Add all the items to your cart before checking the final shipping price.

We Ship by 2 Main Methods

♦ Standard shipping – This means UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or some other common carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Shipping for additional items usually only goes up incrementally, determined by shipment weight.

♦ Freight or LTL – This is reserved for large orders, heavy or oversized items such as Energy Storage System batteries, rack systems, battery cabinets or containers, etc. As these are placed onto a pallet, require a scheduled delivery, extra insurance, the cost to ship by this method is more expensive. However adding additional items to this method does not usually increase the cost by a great amount.  Since online calculators are not reliable for this type of shipping, you will have to call in to get a shipping quote (877) 459-4591.

During holidays, any orders received will not be processed until the next business day. Items not specifically marked as IN STOCK are either out of stock or located in a warehouse that doesn’t provide a live inventory feed. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us to see if your products will ship in a suitable time frame.

Shipping Backorders


Occasionally, we must backorder or source inventory from one of our stocking distributors warehouses. This means that different parts of your order can come from various locations around the country. If you order more than one item, we’ll try our best to send available items together. If only some of the items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses. If we break your order into multiple packages, you will NOT incur any additional freight charges. In the unlikely event we’re unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items we’re unable to ship. You’ll be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items, and you will NOT be charged additional freight charges for backordered items.


Backorder Information

From time to time we do encounter gaps in inventory. Below is information regarding how we handle orders that have been placed for out of stock items.

We specialize in getting you our products in as timely a manner as possible. On occasion, an item may not be readily available. If any part of an order is backordered, we follow these steps:

  1. We notify you by email which items are on backorder and the estimated ship date. This email is sent within 48 hours of the order being placed. We require that you confirm your acceptance of the back order by replying to this email within 7 days. If we do not receive a confirming email within 7 days your order will be cancelled.
  2. As the estimated ship date approaches (within 1-2 days of the ship date) we verify with the shipping warehouse that the date is still correct. If we have a delay, we update the backorder date and again notify you by email. Production delays do happen – we apologize in advance, but we will do everything to help you get your products as soon as possible.

Backordered items can be cancelled if they are confirmed as not shipped. Items that have been shipped can no longer be cancelled as title is considered as passed to the customer. If you need to cancel a backordered item, please contact customer service.

Please note that in most cases we send notification by email. To ensure you receive all communication and that our order-notification emails are not caught by SPAM-filters, please add info@powersyncenergy.com to your safe-list or address book.


Return Policy

Information on the process and eligibility for returning product ordering from our company.

POWERSYNC Energy Solutions, LLC is the best place to buy products online direct from the manufacturer.  We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.  Unlike most of our competitors, we do NOT charge any restocking fees on returned product. Just make sure to set up your return within 30 days of your purchase, send the item back un-used and in the original packaging, and you will get a full refund (less shipping)!

To receive a refund please make sure of the following:

♦ All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition

♦ The product must be free from scratches and/or defects

♦ All merchandise cannot have been installed or used

♦ You must have the original packaging for the item

♦ There cannot be any writing or labels on the packaging for the item

♦ Clearance items will be marked as such, and may not qualify for return unless defective.

♦ Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s).

Follow the simple directions below to make your return by mail:

  1. Contact our returns department returns@powersyncenergy.com to process your return and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Once you have set up your return you will be e-mailed an RMA number within 5 business days. Along with this return number you will receive a ship-to address where you must send your merchandise to. Be sure to include your RMA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit. Note: If you return a product to us without an RMA number, your return could be subject to additional restocking fees.
  2. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. It is recommended to return products in an outer protective box to ensure protection of original packaging materials.
  3. Energy Storage System batteries will need to be returned via LTL freight. For other items, we recommend items be returned via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse.
  4. You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed. Only items purchased from POWERSYNC Energy Solutions are eligible for return credit. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided should your return not be accepted. Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we are not contacted within 30 days.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.

Taxes Policy

Local Sales Tax

POWERSYNC Energy Solutions, LLC. is located in Florida and maintains inventory in Florida and is obligated to collect sales tax on any items shipped to destinations in Florida.  We are not obligated to, and do not, collect sales tax on orders shipping to destinations outside of Florida.

Tax-Exempt Customers

If tax has been charged on a recent order and you need to take advantage of your tax exempt status, Customer Service can facilitate a refund. We require a copy of your

Florida Resale Certificate and your Seller’s Permit

Please submit the necessary information by fax or email in order to receive a refund of Florida Sales Tax. Our fax number is (877) 459-4591. Please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • E-mail address
  • Acceptable proof of your exempt status (as outlined above)
  • The name of the organization that purchased the items
  • If faxing mark your fax “Attn: POWERSYNC Energy Solutions, LLC. Tax Exempt”

United States Government Purchasers

Sales tax does not apply to purchases made by the United States Government. In order to document that a sale has been made to the U.S. Government we need to obtain a copy of one of the following:

  • Federal tax ID certificate
  • Certificate of exempt status
  • Photocopy of your qualified U.S. Government Credit Card (Smart Pay Card)
  • Government Voucher

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
